The stage is set. Now, what else do you need?

The one word our customers use when talking about Event Stage Hire is professionalism. Often, we’re the first on-site and the last off-site at an event. Sometimes, we’re simply given a map, or a spray-painted area designating where the stage is to be set up, and we rock up in early in the morning to set up, then appear later in the evening to disassemble. You might not even notice that we’re there.

With more than than 10 years’ experience in the industry, we know that everything about your event is built around the stage, so our aim is to be efficient and reliable. It’s how we’ve built dedicated repeat business with customers coming back year in, year out.

Stages are our speciality but along the way we’ve also added other elements – like AV and lighting, barriers and marquee hire – so you have everything you need, sourced from the one company. One less thing to think about before your event? Now that’s a win.

  • Indoor / outdoor platform stages
  • Audio, AV and lighting packages – dependent on size and crowd 
  • Marquee hire: 6mx3m and 3mx3m, or ask if you need a larger size and we’ll organise it for you
  • Crowd and punter barrier hire: 1m or 2m barriers from the front of stage; fence-high barriers to keep in a crowd; perimeter fencing for VIP clients; barriers or fencing to secure the whole stage area 
  • PA audio wings 
  • Wheelchair ramps can be arranged
  • Other services or equipment as needed – just ask us!

All our stages have been approved by a structural engineer and are certified for Structural Design Compliance, as per Australian regulations.

A Public Liability Certificate of Currency and Safe Work Method Statement are available on request. For an additional cost, Event Stage Hire can also arrange an engineer’s installation inspection if this is required.
